Instructions
- Cook the turkey turkey turkey bacon until crispy using your preferred method (pan-fried, oven-baked, or microwaved). Let cool slightly, then crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached – chunky or smooth, depending on your preference.
- Add the crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño (if using), salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more lime juice for tanginess, salt for flavor, or jalapeño for heat.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips. For best flavor, let the guacamole sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. For a spicier kick, leave the seeds in the jalapeño. Serve with your favorite toppings such as pico de gallo or sour cream.
