Ingredients
- 1 package (5-6 oz) thinly sliced beef turkey pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the turkey pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they aren't overlapping too much.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the turkey pepperoni is crispy and slightly curled around the edges. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto each turkey pepperoni chip.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauced turkey pepperoni chips.
- Sprinkle with Italian herbs and optional red pepper flakes.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the turkey pepperoni pizza chips cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy chips, pat the turkey pepperoni slices dry with paper towels before baking. Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature, but they are best enjoyed fresh. You can experiment with different types of cheese or toppings to customize your chips.
