Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup garlic ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup dill pickle slices, patted dry
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly grease a pizza stone or baking sheet with olive oil.
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and thickness. Place it on the prepared pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the garlic ranch dressing evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the ranch dressing.
- Arrange the dill pickle slices evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last few minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh dill and red pepper flakes (if using). Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding the toppings. Pat the pickle slices dry to prevent the pizza from becoming soggy. Feel free to experiment with other toppings, such as turkey bacon bits or sliced red onions. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
