- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, white pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), sea salt, and smoked paprika (if using).
- Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined and no clumps remain.
- Taste the seasoning and adjust the salt, cayenne pepper, or other spices to your preference.
- Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce or omit the cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes. For a smokier flavor, increase the smoked paprika. Use this seasoning on chicken, seafood, vegetables, eggs, or anything else you desire!
