Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Notes
