Ingredients
- 1 pound pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni slices (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough as thinly as possible. Aim for a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into small, bite-sized chips (approximately 1-2 inch squares or triangles).
- Transfer the pizza chips to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Brush the chips lightly with olive oil. This will help them crisp up nicely.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each chip.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the chips.
- Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy chips, try docking the dough with a fork before adding the toppings. You can also experiment with different toppings like bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives. Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
