Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked turkey turkey turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon. Mix well to combine.
- In a separate shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Stir to coat the breadcrumbs evenly.
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Then, dredge it in the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Check the internal temperature with a thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken tenders, broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
