  • 6 slices cooked turkey turkey turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon. Mix well to combine.
  3. In a separate shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Stir to coat the breadcrumbs evenly.
  4. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken tender into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Then, dredge it in the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Check the internal temperature with a thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken tenders, broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mayonnaise mixture.
