Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more lime juice for tang or salt to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
For a vegan version, use vegan mayonnaise. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference. For a thinner sauce, add a tablespoon or two of water or broth.
