- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds

- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, pomegranate seeds, chopped pecans, crumbled feta cheese, and dried cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey mustard dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, prepare the dressing ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. You can also add other fruits or vegetables to the salad, such as sliced apples, pears, or oranges. Store leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
