Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 sandwich buns, toasted
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the crumbled turkey bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and chopped romaine lettuce to the skillet with the chicken. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the chicken turkey bacon ranch mixture evenly between the toasted sandwich buns. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking. You can also use different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or pepper jack. Feel free to add other toppings like diced tomatoes or red onion. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
