Ingredients
- 32 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
- Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each thigh, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken thighs are cooked through and their internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). A meat thermometer is highly recommended for accuracy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken thighs, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Store leftover chicken thighs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side dish.
